I Swear I'm Gonna Do It

I've been thinking over the last few days that I really need to do another week in the life. I wanted to start over the weekend, but that didn't happen, so I swear I'm going to start tomorrow. Something about putting it out there where anyone (or no one) can read it that makes me feel more obligated to do it, lol. I just keep thinking about how much my life routines keep changing especially over the past couple of years that I would like to document it. So my "week in the life" starts tomorrow. And woah am I going to be tired. It's 12:20AM right now and I have to be up in five hours if I take the bus in to work. I have the feeling I'll be driving. But, I can take the bus, avoid the commute, and be home early. I have the tendancy to work longer if I drive. I think I'll suck it up and just get up early.

Anyway....enough night time jibber jabber. Here's a re-cap of my weekend.

On Friday a bunch of us headed to Off the Grid for some yummie fusion food trucks and took advantage of some photo ops....apparently some of my favorite peeps were feeling pretty photogenic.




After enjoying the nummers that Off the Grid had to offer we headed over to Haight's Milk Bar and caught some Burlesque performances to the tune of Los Shimmy Shakers. Got home pretty late for us and I crashed on the ride home.

The weekend has seem to come and gone. Saturday we took some stuff off to storage. It was pretty exciting to see Jarid's screen printing equipment here, and it makes me excited for the next chapter in our lives. A creative chapter for sure! After that we grabbed some lunch at a local diner (nom nom) and then just chilled the rest of the day. Today was filled with a lot of laziness for me and creating for Jarid. I'm looking forward to starting the week.
