Half Started, Maybe Someday Finished?

I do this almost every time I go to a crop...I halfway finish a few layouts (usually 2-3) and then decide I don't have the right product, decide I NEED to clean my scrap area....bring all my stuff home from the crop....then a month later I'm bringing my unpacked "crap" back to the next crop and repeating the cycle....a cycle which of course includes buying MORE stuff....because it's new and cute and I must have it! So today (well, technically yesterday and we'll get to that in a min....because it is 2:13AM and why is Kristi still up???) I went to a crop at Our Paper Place, small but mighty and scrapped with a few of my croppin' buddies, Marie, Michelle, Suzy, Trisha, Ashley, and more. We had an hour to wrap up and I found myself starting to organize (yes, I said it, organize) my scrapbook supplies. I found myself just itching to get home, so I could start to tackle my "craft closet" and my craft space. Fact is, it's been such chaos that I haven't even wanted to be in here. I mean, I'm so lucky to have a crafty boyfriend and an entire room dedicated to creativity yet I can't even pull it together to get it to a place where I can enjoy it! What's wrong with me!? (Don't answer that, please.) So here it is, 2:18AM and although I've got a long way to go I'm feeling a major sense of accomplishment. What I wish I had done was take a picture before I started at this mess, but alas, I did not. Instead here's a picture of it right now. (Hold on while I go get my camera, switch the lens to my fisheye, and upload the pics....don't go anywhere....because I'll know!)

So tomorrow I hope to take some photos of layouts and projects I've been working (or had done) on for quite some time and just never posted. After Jarid & my day date I hope to spend the day in my step in the direction of order and cleanliness craft room continuing to organize and maybe, just maybe, finish some layouts!
