Hello Disneyworld!

Been back for a week and a half, and still trying to adjust. It had been a long time since I took a full vacation, and this was definitely the way to jump back into it. I could definitely get used to it!

A year ago my Dad's wife, Mama Glenda, invited Jarid & I to join them on their vacation in Disneyworld. As if I would say no! We were definitely on board. I was eager for the opportunity to get to know the Lewis side of my family, spend time with my Dad, getting to know them better. I wasn't disappointed.

This is my dad and I at Epcot. I wanted to make sure I had a picture of the two of us to take away from this trip. :)

This is Dan, Glenda and Joey same day at Epcot. We walked around the park, taking a break from the humidity by walking through the stores and jumping on a couple of rides.

Looking back, I think we spent a majority of our time at Hollywood Studios. We rode the rockin' rollercoaster, tower of terror (x2), Saw the Lights, Cars, Action! and Indiana Jones Stunt Show. The last night we caught Fantasmic light show.

Jarid & I did our fair share of spending at Downtown Disney, specifically at D-Street getting customized Mickey ears and more vinyl toys for our collection.

We went a couple of times to Animal Kingdom. Joey & Jarid were winner winner chicken dinner.

We also spent time with the Hubbard family, a day at Universal Studios/Island of Adventure...at the Harry Potter park!

Of course I can't go without posting pictures of the princess castle...

I had an amazing time. The resorts we stayed at were amazing. I loved the opportunity to spend time with family. And loved just being in a new state! Now we need another state magnet for the fridge. We did, however, get magnets from the park to add to our travel collection. If you're interested in seeing more photos visit my Flickr.com/itssokristi.

Next trip is Comic-Con, I'm SO super excited! In the mean time it'll be trying to get re-focused at work. Three day weekend next weekend will be so welcomed. Funny how you take time off, but then want more...

I'm really wanting to blog more frequently, but find it so hard to sit and focus on it after working so much. Maybe sometimes I'll find a balance...
